With the rain the lake is still a little murky but has about 2′ clearity.
On 2/25/2017 Victoria Johnson caught a nice 2 1/4 lb trout using green powerbait fishing by the beach. She also limited out before the day was over! Jeff Neels caught a nice 3 1/2 lb trout shore fishing
using green sparkle powerbait. Some bass have been seen hanging around in the shallow waters on the east side of lake. A couple of nice ones where caught a couple of days ago!
It looks like great weather on the horizon for this weekend and you don’t need a boat to catch fish. Our shoreline fishing is ideal and many campsites available if you like to come up and fish all night!
