Fishing from the dock is still RED HOT

The dock is definitely the “Hot Spot” and continues to produce limit after limit of Rainbows. The Machen & Anderson families also did well at the dam from the shoreline using powerbait they caught 2 limits of Rainbow Trout. Their biggest weighed a whopping 4 lb. 12 oz. caught by Dylan Anderson. The Bertolin family took the dock by storm, limiting out on Trout every night they were here using nothing but nightcrawlers for bait.

Ron & Natalie Fascenda of Pacifica trolled nightcrawlers @ 35′ depth by the dam and caught a 2 lb. 8 oz. Trout. Bob Rubio from Roseville limited out on Trout trolling Kastmasters @ 20′ down.  Grandma Betty Wynn helped grandson Edward catch his 1st Trout from the dock on a worm.

KIDS KICK IT UP AGAIN!!

The Bertolin kids of San Jose could do no wrong, they were consistent this week in their Trout catches from the dock. Blake Bertolin captured a 2 lb. 12 oz. which was the biggest Trout for their group using worms off the dock.

Holly Triano of Loomis caught the BIGGEST TROUT this week, she hooked a 6 lb. 8 oz. on a worm from the dock (where else?)   Colton Fife of Lincoln caught the BIGGEST CATFISH this week, he hooked a 10 lb. 14 oz. Cat on powerbait.

Dylan Anderson caught 2 hefty Rainbows by the dam on Powerbait, along with little brother Danny. Dwayne Balfor of Plumas Lake caught 2 nice Crappie from the dock on worms. Madison of Roseville opened her fishes mouth to show us that she used chartreuse powerbait to lure her Rainbow. Gavin Allen sported a limit of Trout for his keepsake photo, and 2 of them had prize tags on them!! Gavin used worms and fished off the dock at nighttime.
